    "body": "<p>BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV has reached an agreement to sell its 3.1% participation in Euroclear (97,250 shares) to The Federal Holding and Investment Company (SFPI-FPIM).&nbsp; BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV is a stable shareholder of Euroclear since its incorporation in 1972. Through this sale to SFPI-FPIM, BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV ensures the continuity of the Belgian anchoring of the Euroclear shareholding.
