    "body": "<p>Baltisse Real Estate and partner Moury are pleased to announce that BNP Paribas Fortis has signed two long-term leases in The Hub, a new office development located next to the iconic Li&egrave;ge-Guillemins railway station. With this lease agreement, The Hub reaches 40% pre-let, well ahead of its scheduled completion in Q3 2028.</p><p><strong>A strategic relocation for a new headquarters</strong></p><p>BNP Paribas Fortis will relocate end of 2028 from its current headquarters at Place Neujean to The Hub, where they will create a modern and high-performance work environment on several office floors. It combines striking architecture with efficient modular workspaces and strong energy performance. The Hub will be completely fossil free, achieve BREEAM Excellent certification and meet Q-ZEN standards.</p><p><strong>A new architectural landmark at Li&egrave;ge-Guillemins</strong></p><p>Ideally located at the end of track 1 of Li&egrave;ge\u2011Guillemins station, one of Belgium&rsquo;s most important mobility hubs, The Hub creates a natural connection between the station and the city.</p><p>Its curved volumes, generous glazing and refined fa&ccedil;ade design reference the iconic Calatrava&rsquo;s railway station. Efficient floorplates, modular layouts and flexible technical cores allow for multiple occupancy scenarios and long-term adaptability.
